Please consult your physician before starting any exercise program. If you find an exercise is painful, leave it out or use a modification if you know one. Nothing in Pilates should be painful.
Please take these classes only if you’ve been approved by a doctor. And don’t ever do an exercise that doesn’t feel right; you can break it down, do a variation of it, or leave it out all together!
There are videos of every length and focus in here so just do them! We become what we repeat. Here’s what you need to practice just 3 times a week! You’ll get four (sometimes 5!) videos each month. Class descriptions guide you to difficulty level. Foundational (Level 1), Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3) and class focus.
